When you receive a video file, your first reaction would be to look at its format, to make sure that your preferred player supports it. There are countless media players out there, which are compatible with different video formats, and only a few that support all formats. Full Player falls in the second category. Besides the fact that it provides support for mostly any media format, the player comes with a huge amount of features, which range from simple ones, like brightness or contrast adjustments, to advanced ones, like sharpening or denoising the image.

Full Player is absolutely free and it can be used on all popular Windows platforms. It comes in a small package, so you can have the player up and running in no time. It doesn't use too many resources and you don't have to install any additional tools or codecs.

Despite the large number of features, the application's user interface has an efficient and elegant design. When you launch the player, you will find one small button for opening media files, located in the central region of the interface. The playback and volume controls will fade when you hover with the mouse cursor near the main window's lower edge. The software's core functions will appear on the upper edge of the window, when you place the cursor in that area.

You can find simple functions, like changing the size of the interface, setting a standard video frame or removing black bars, as well as advanced features, like sharpening or denoising the video, selecting and controlling different audio channels and much more. You can also make brightness and contrast adjustments directly on the main window, while the video is playing, without opening any additional menus.

Other useful functions can be revealed by right clicking anywhere on the video itself. Besides loading subtitles, you can also search the web for new ones and use a smart subtitle matching feature, to make sure you find the right ones. Full Player's capabilities are too many to count, but all you need to know is that it will meet all your expectations, regardless of how you wish to enjoy a movie.

Pros

The player's interface has a modern and sleek design. It provides everything you need to make various video and audio adjustments. Also, Full Player supports almost any video and audio formats.

Cons

You can't manage videos in a playlist. When it comes to watching home videos or full length movies, Full Player's capabilities will make your experience more comfortable.
